During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Puerto Ayora, I experienced a notable blend of traditional and modern elements. The location was central, ensuring easy access to local restaurants and shops, as well as proximity to the pier, which enhanced the convenience of exploring the town and surrounding areas. The spacious rooms offered inviting views of the beautiful bay, where I was fortunate enough to spot blue-footed boobies during breakfast. While the breakfast options were limited, the quality was commendable, providing a satisfying start to the day. A highlight was the infinity pool and hot tub, although I learned that prior notification was necessary to prepare the hot tub, demonstrating a thoughtful approach to guest service. The staff were courteous and attentive, contributing to a respectful and accommodating atmosphere. Though we initially faced an issue with our room's location, the team efficiently addressed our concerns by relocating us swiftly. This establishment provided a comfortable base, perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty and culture of Santa Cruz island. It may suit travelers seeking a serene yet convenient getaway.
